Refund Policy

Due to the specific nature of the products offered, which are Digital Products delivered immediately upon purchase, the right to withdraw from the agreement is limited.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, particularly Directive 2011/83/EU and national regulations, a consumer loses the right to withdraw from the agreement if, before the provision of digital content begins, they have given their express consent to the immediate commencement of the order’s fulfillment and have been informed of the loss of their right of withdrawal.

Consequently, during the finalization of the purchase, the customer is required to confirm their consent by ticking the appropriate checkbox. Failure to tick this box may result in the inability to provide immediate access to the product.

It should also be emphasized that the above rules do not preclude the application of local laws that may provide for additional consumer rights regarding refunds.

Requesting a Refund

We understand that, despite our best efforts, situations may arise where resolving a technical issue is not possible, or there are justified grounds for a refund. Therefore, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product is not as described or fails to meet its declared functionalities.
  • The product contains significant security vulnerabilities that affect its use or safety.
  • Failure to deliver promised technical support for the product, if support was part of the offer.
  • The product has not been downloaded by the customer.
  • The product does not function as intended despite update and repair actions being taken.

A product is considered not as described if its actual properties or operation significantly deviate from the information presented in the product description or demonstration materials.

If a non-conformity is confirmed or if it is not possible to remedy the defect within a reasonable time, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid.

Refunds are processed as a payment reversal to the account or card from which the purchase was made, within 14 business days from the moment of positive verification of the request.

Each refund request is subject to verification to ensure it meets the conditions set out in this policy.

Common Scenarios Not Eligible for a Refund

To ensure the clarity and transparency of our refund policy, below we outline typical cases in which a refund will not be possible:

  • Deciding against the product after downloading it, without a justified reason.
  • Dissatisfaction with the product based on subjective feelings about its quality or functionality that do not stem from non-conformity with the description.
  • A change of mind regarding the purchase for reasons unrelated to a product defect.
  • Purchasing by mistake.
  • Lack of sufficient knowledge or skills necessary to use the product.
  • Failure to provide necessary information to substantiate the refund claim.
  • Loss of access to the product caused by its deletion after purchase. We recommend downloading products immediately after purchase to prevent such situations. Downloading purchased products via the Polar.sh platform is possible as long as the Seller maintains an active cooperation with this platform. In the event of the termination of services by Polar.sh or the termination of cooperation with this platform, all issues related to access to previously purchased products should be directed to the Seller by contacting the address support@tesserakt.dev.

How to Request a Refund

In your message, please provide a detailed description of the situation and include the purchase identification number (Polar.sh Purchase Code), which will enable us to verify the transaction and efficiently conduct the refund procedure.
